RULES
If you are having coding troubles, please ask me to code it for you rather than you asking some stranger to code my layout for you, they may code it differently than i would like.
if you don't like some of the colors i have set up please feel free to change them, but only if they match! (don't have like mustard yellow links on a nice baby blue layout)
do not edit any images! You may make images (link buttons ect) but only if you are not damaging the layout. please don't forget to give me credit!!
